Fired: New Mexico Cop Who Shot At Mom’s Van Full Of Children

Merry Xmas...We Love U...
Remember last month’s horrifying video of New Mexico police shooting at a van full of children driven by a mother who used exceptionally poor judgment by running away from cops over a speeding ticket? The one police officer who actually discharged his weapon at the van full of kids has been fired.
Officer Elias Montoya, a 12-year veteran of the New Mexico State Police, was fired December 6 after an internal investigation.

On October 28, a fellow police officer had stopped Tennessee resident Oriana Farrell, for speeding. After a lengthy roadside discussion with the officer, Farrell drove away in her van with her five children.

She was pulled over again and that’s when other officers arrived and lost control of the scene.
Video after the cut...
Last night, MSNBC’s Al Sharpton played a portion of the now infamous video in his report.
Shockingly, there is a rally scheduled for tomorrow to support the fired police officer —at a local public school.
