Man Spends $100,000 on Plastic Surgery to Look Like Justin Bieber

According to reports Toby Sheldon spent $100,000 on plastic surgery just to look like Justin Bieber.

The 33-year-old Los Angeles songwriter reportedly started with hair transplants and injections of Botox and Aquamid to make himself appear younger, then had his eyelids lifted and ''smile surgery,'' believing Bieber’s smile is the key to his youthful look.
